Everyone must agree to this Release Agreement before being allowed to attend any events sponsored by Club Inspiration!

RELEASE
to Club Inspiration, (if appropriate: a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal business office located at in Weslaco, Texas,) and the promoters, participants, association, sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, club operator, club owner, officials, employees, any persons in any club event, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the activities of the club.

PARTICIPANTS COVENANTS
In consideration of being permitted to enter for any purposes to any event of Club Inspiration (defined as including, but not limited to, the club building, playpen areas, premises, parking lot, and all walkways, concessions and other areas appurtenant to any area where any activity related to a club event shall take place), or being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work for, or for any purpose participate in any way in the event, the members, for himself or herself, and his or her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents that he or she has, or will immediately on entering any of such areas, and will continuously thereafter, inspect such areas and all portions of them which he or she enters and with which he or she comes in contact, and does further warrant that entry on such areas and participation, if any, in a club event constitutes an acknowledgment that he or she has inspected such area and that he or she finds and accepts the same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of its use. The members further agrees and warrants that if at any time he or she is in or about areas and he or she feels anything to be unsafe, he or she will immediately advise the proper officials and will leave the areas.

SECTION ONE
RELEASE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
The members hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Club Inspiration, or the promoters, participants, association, sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, club operator, club owner, officials, employees, any persons in any area, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct club events and each of them, their officers and employees, all of whom for the purposes of this release are referred to as releasees, from all liability to the members, and the members personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property of the members or resulting in death of the members, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while the members is in or upon areas, and/or competing, officiating in, observing, working for, or for any purpose participating in the club event.

SECTION TWO
INDEMNIFICATION
The members hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost they might incur due to the presence of the members in or on the club area or in any way competing, officiating, observing or working for or for any purpose participating in the above-described event and whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

SECTION THREE
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The members hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence of releasees, or otherwise, while in or on a club area and or while competing, officiating, observing or working for or for any purpose participating in the above-described event.

SECTION FOUR
SCOPE OF RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
The members expressly acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the above-described event involve the risk of injury and/or death and/or property damage. The members further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad as inclusive as is permitted by the law of Texas, and that if any portion of it is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This release shall be in full effect now and forever and shall include any and all events of Club Inspiration that the members shall be a participant in any form.

By voluntarily presenting themselves to this event and any other event hosted by Club Inspiration, the members acknowledge that they have read and voluntarily accept this release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing agreement have been made. Members are free to leave any area or the premises all together at any time they want or feel uncomfortable.

NOTE: Your membership in Club Inspiration does not in any way include or guarantee to you any insurance coverage of any kind.
